Welcome to PACM

PACM was established to provide a professional organization through which its members may communicate with peers, judges, legislators, and others who share an interest in the effective administration of justice, to provide a forum for education, training and fellowship of its members, and to promote the professionalization of court managers throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

PACM members are District Court Administrators and deputies and other court professionals who develop and implement effective court management techniques, policies, and standards to improve the efficient and effective administration of justice in the Unified Judicial System of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and assist in maintaining the institutional independence and accountability of the courts.

2015 Mid-Annual Conference
